Exposed timber beams were treated with a clear fire‑proofing paint to enhance safety without hiding grain and knots. The concrete floors were sanded and sealed to create a durable, low‑maintenance surface with a clean, contemporary look. The result balances preservation and performance — a converted barn that provides a variety of functional spaces breath taking impressions and low maintenance.
